CAP lists historic properties it owns or controls for sale and rehabilitation. All CAP properties are sold with historic preservation easements. In certain situations, properties are also sold with rehabilitation agreement. A rehabilitation agreement requires that a property owner undertake the rehabilitation of a property within a specified time period and according to the Secretary of Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation (2011).
CAP also lists for sale, rent and/or rehabilitation properties on which we hold a historic preservation easement or have another historic designation.
