Upchurch House Progress Is Moving Along

Work on the Upchurch House is continuing to move along . The house was recently placed over its footings, had its foundations built, was lowered onto its foundation, and had the rails removed.  Currently, preparations are being made to restore/rehabilitate some architectural features of the house (floorboards, floor joists, etc.) in preparations for a prospective buyer.
