Capital Area Preservation and the Wake County Historic Preservation Commission hosted the Annual Wake County Preservation Celebration on May 3, 2015 at the Dr. Thomas H. Avera House at 6600 Robertson Pond Road in Wendell from 3-5pm. Historic marker plaques were presented to four (4) new historic landmarks in Wake County. Over 100 people were in attendance at this year’s event.
