The 2017 Wake County Preservation Celebration took place on April 30, 2017 at the Dr. Nathan Blalock House near Fuquay-Varina. Four (4) plaques were given to newly designated historic landmarks in Wake County and five books concerning historic preservation were donated to the Olivia Raney Library.
