The Annual Wake County Preservation Celebration took place on May 3, 2015 at the Dr. Thomas H. Avera House near Wendell. Four (4) plaques were given to newly designated historic landmarks in Wake County and five books concerning historic preservation were donated to the Olivia Raney Library.
