Capital Area Preservation and the The Wake County Historic Preservation Commission and hosted the Wake County Preservation Celebration on May 1, 2022 at the Fuquay-Varina Arts Center in Fuquay-Varina from 3-5pm. Historic marker plaques were presented to six (6) new historic landmarks in Apex, Fuquay-Varina, Holly Springs, Knightdale, Raleigh, and Zebulon.
