The 2016 Annual Anthemion Awards will be held on Monday, September 26, 2016 at the Irregardless Cafe in Raleigh from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. Come join us in honoring these achievements on September 26! Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the door.
Anthemion Awards recognize outstanding dedication and commitment to excellence in historic preservation in Wake County. The name “Anthemion” was inspired by a classical design element seen on many Wake County buildings, including the State Capitol dome in Raleigh.
From Adaptive Reuse of Commercial Properties to Town Plans, and Residential Rehabilitation to Lifetime Achievement – winners of Capital Area Preservation’s Anthemion Awards have all made notable contributions to the preservation of Wake County’s architectural landscape.
